• The Drop: We use our marble board as a visual guide during the selection process for your bundle.

• The Curation: Every order is reviewed and finalised by hand. We may adjust items to improve variety, avoid duplicates, or better match your colour and style preferences.

• The Video: Your packing process is filmed and shared on our social media.

• The Gift: A complimentary thank-you gift is included with every order.
