By using this website and placing an order with & Softer Things, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Products

We sell curated stationery, accessories, and lifestyle products, including mystery products such as Surprise Scoops and Marble Drops. 
Mystery products are sold as curated surprise bundles. Contents vary from order to order, and product images are representative only. While we may use scoops, marble drops, and other selection methods during the packing process, all orders are reviewed by hand and we reserve the right to adjust item selections to improve variety, avoid duplicates, accommodate customer preferences where possible, or substitute unavailable items with similar alternatives.
Any colour, theme, or style preferences provided by customers will be considered wherever possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase. Currency conversion rates are determined by Shopify and/or payment providers and may vary over time.
Payment is required in full at checkout before an order can be processed and dispatched.

Shipping, Customs and Taxes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable taxes, duties, VAT, or import charges are calculated and collected at checkout where required. Customers will be shown all payable charges before completing their order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. & Softer Things is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Packing Videos and Social Media Content

Many orders are featured in packing videos shared on our social media channels.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order may be featured in such content. We do not intentionally share sensitive personal information in our videos.
If you would prefer your order not to be featured, please include a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Optional services, including packing videos or personalised content where offered, are non-refundable once provided.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are subject to the policies published elsewhere on our website and in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Because mystery products contain surprise selections, variations in contents, colours, themes, or item combinations are an expected feature of the product and do not, by themselves, constitute a fault.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, videos, branding, product descriptions, graphics, and text, is the property of & Softer Things and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, & Softer Things shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
