Due to the curated and surprise nature of our mystery products, including Surprise Scoops and Marble Drops, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Not liking the items received
  • Items not matching personal taste or expectations
  • Customer preferences or notes that could not be fully accommodated

All Surprise Scoops and Marble Drops are final sale for change-of-mind returns and refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@softerthings.com, including your order number and clear photos where applicable.

Optional Services

Optional services, including packing videos or other digital content where offered, are non-refundable once delivered or completed.
